Our tasting menu is a result of multiple trials with flavours, textures and techniques.  Our menu is born not just by the seasonal produce but also our memories of food and our foraging experiences. We take pride in offering a menu curated by the entire team at Aragma and are excited about inventing one for every season.

Presenting our Exclusive, 6 Course, Winter Tasting Menu on Saturday, 13 Feb at 7.30PM. This is a sit-down meal with limited seating at Aragma Food Studio. We have a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian menu. We will connect with you after your booking to note down your preference.

Menu (Non Vegetarian)

  • Apéritif / Amuse-Bouche
  • Cured kingfish, avocado puree, pickled baby radish, coriander oil
  • Mushroom croquette, fresh green garlic pesto, pickled onion
  • Poached mud crab, diced tomatoes, house preserved lemon, corn veloute
  • House-made tagliatelle pasta, lemongrass, coconut & basil sauce
  • Braised lamb in Kayras, betel leaf pesto, chocolate infused lamb jus
  • Pumpkin confit, candied ginger, house-made ricotta, almond sponge

Menu (Vegetarian)

  • Apéritif / Amuse-Bouche
  • Tender coconut, avocado puree, pickled baby radish, coriander oil
  • Mushroom croquette, fresh green garlic pesto, pickled onion
  • Poached banana flower, diced tomatoes, house preserved lemon, corn veloute
  • House-made tagliatelle pasta, lemongrass, coconut & basil sauce
  • Braised jackfruit in Kayras, betel leaf pesto, chocolate infused veg jus
  • Pumpkin confit, candied ginger, house-made ricotta, almond sponge

7.30PM, Saturday 13 Feb at Aragma Food Studio. INR 1950 per person, limited seats.
