Non-vegetarian Ramen Bowl
- Soy broth with miso Pork belly, crispy bacon and soft boiled egg @ Rs. 380/-
- Home-made Kimchi meat broth, crispy chicken and soft boiled egg @ Rs. 350/-
- Clear, aromatic seafood broth, boiled fish, shrimp, dry fish crisps and home-made chilli oil @ Rs. 400
Vegetarian Ramen Bowl
- Miso broth, crispy togarashi yam and sourdough katsu tofu @ Rs. 320/-
All bowls include noodles and accompaniments. Each bowl serves one.

About the Chef
Sohini is a professionally trained chef, who has had stints with Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, and most popularly with Elephant & Co. Gastropub. With Jabor, she seems to have found her true calling, as only her absolute favourites seem to feature on the menu. Her most authentic attempt at self expression includes family heirloom recipes that were lost to time, decadent cakes and gourmet sourdough, among others. Like many other artists, during these uncertain times, she’s determined to share a slice of joy with the rest of the world.
