  • Utong Cham Chakhao An’ngaoba – Aromatic white sticky rice cooked in hollow bamboo
  • Hawai Moog Amasung Mula Thongba – Yellow moong dal and winter radish tempered with fresh garlic chives
  • Yen Paknam – Pan bakes turmeric leaves wrapped chicken with freshly ground spices and herbs seasoning
  • Eromba – Boiled winter mixed vegetable mash with smoked fish, fermented fish, green chilies, garnished with aromatic herbs
  • Hanggam Sareng Nga Thongba – Shallow fried wallago attu fish cooked with mustard greens

  • Champhut – Boiled winter vegetables with a hint of sugar
  • Chorphon Ambon – Ceylon olive sweet and sour relish
  • Modhurjan Thongba – Gram flour dumplings cooked in milk with sugar and fresh scraped coconut
